Orders & Production
How long does it take to make my ring?
Your custom ring is made and ready to ship in 1 business day. This includes rings with personalization and engraving.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because we begin production quickly, please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but once production begins, modifications may not be possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Personalization & Engraving
How many characters can I engrave?
You can engrave up to 37 characters on the inside of your ring. This includes letters, numbers, spaces, and symbols like &, +, or hearts.
What can I engrave on my ring?
Popular options include names, dates, coordinates, initials, and short meaningful phrases. Examples: "Forever Yours", "Sarah & James", "06.15.2024", or "40.7128Β° N, 74.0060Β° W".
Where is the engraving placed?
Engraving is placed on the inside of the ring band. This keeps your personalization private and protects it from everyday wear.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
All orders in the United States ship free. No minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?
Your ring is ready to ship in 1 business day. Typical delivery is 2-5 business days after shipment. All orders include tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping information is coming soon. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my ring?
Because each ring is custom-made and personalized for you, all orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if there is a problem with my ring?
If you receive a ring with a manufacturing defect or issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will work with you to make it right.
Ring Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Check out our Size Guide page for helpful tips on finding your size. You can use a printable ring sizer or visit a local jeweler for professional sizing. Getting the right size before ordering is important since rings are custom-made.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort, especially for wider bands. Our Size Guide has more detailed recommendations.
